At first I didn’t realize that I could make 100k in San Diego Window Cleaning a year, I was already amazed that I could knock doors for ten to fifteen minutes, land a job, work five or six hours and walk away with more money then I had ever made before. Of course at this point early on I was the low baler, I was charging way to little for window cleaning and would often get remarks from my customers referring to how cheap my prices were. I was afraid to ask for more because I knew I was not that good yet at window cleaning and I was happy to make money. I would often tell them that my prices were so low because I was trying to beat the competition or that I was having a neighborhood special. Of course my friend was not to happy when he went and did one of my jobs one day and got paid $90 when he should have been paid $240. He was pretty upset since he didn’t find out until after he finished the job.

My friend quickly came and found me afterwards and told me I was charging too low, he then told me that he once cleaned a customers house and made $400 dollars in five hours. I didn’t believe him at first and when I finally did I said “why are you going to law school”? I thought I was crazy for dropping out of school, now I thought he was crazy for going to school. He told me that he wanted to go into to law and that he didn’t like knocking doors every day.

I learned two things from that conversation, that I could make 100K dollars a year and that I had to find a way to get jobs knocking doors. I figured that if I worked five days a week for fifty weeks out of the year making $400 a day, I would make 100K dollars a year. All I needed was to either clean a bunch of houses every day or have 250 customers paying me $400 a day to clean windows. Of course the other part of this equation is to figure out how much work will I have to do each day and how do I obtain that many customers.

Along the way I figured out the answers to these questions which I will teach you in later articles. What you need to know right now is that you can make 100k dollars a year in San Diego Window Cleaning. Most likely you won’t achieve that your first year in the business although it can be done. However, the things you learn in this book will put you on the fast tract to that goal which took me many years in the business to learn and discover.

Based on how closely you stick to the routine I will teach you and how driven you are to implement the strategies I will show you, will determine how successful you will be and how fast you will achieve that success. Being a pessimist I would say that you will make 35-50K the first year, 50-75K the second year and 75-100K+ the third year. If you are a go getter on the other hand and implement every thing I teach within the first two weeks and are a hustler, you can make 75-100K your first year.

There are not many jobs that pay 100k per year and very few that do which don’t require a degree and allot of experience. Which is why you have discovered one of the best kept secret opportunities few will ever know about.
